温针灸联合甘草附子汤治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

Observation on treating ankylosing spondylitis of the Shenyang Kuixu type by warm acupuncture plus the Gancao Fuzi decoction

目的:探讨温针灸通督手法联合甘草附子汤治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎的疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的肾阳亏虚型AS患者80例,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组接受甘草附子汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合实施温针灸通督手法,治疗4周后,对比两组证候积分变化情况、疗效、实验室指标变化情况及安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组证候积分低于对照组,红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白及免疫球蛋白A水平均低于对照组,治疗显效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者接受温针灸通督手法联合甘草附子汤治疗,利于缓解患者临床症状,降低其血沉,减轻机体炎症反应,且无毒副作用,安全有效。

Objective： To investigate the efcacy and safety of warm acupuncture plus the Gancao Fuzi decoction （ 甘草附子汤） on ankylosing spondylitis of the Shenyang kuixu type （ 肾阳亏虚型 ）. Methods： According to the random number table method, 80 patients were divided into the control group and observation group, 40 cases in each. The control group received the Gancao Fuzi decoction. The observation group was treated by warm acupuncture more. After 4 weeks, the symptom scores, curative efect, laboratory indicators and safety were compared. Results： After treatment, the syndrome score in the observation group was lower than the control group. The ESR, CRP and IgA level were lower than the control group; the treatment efciency was higher than the control group. The diferences were statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Signifcant adverse reaction was not occurred during treatment in groups. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture plus the Gancao Fuzi decoction on ankylosing spondylitis is safe and efective, can alleviate the clinical symptoms, reduce the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, reduce the body’s infammatory reaction, without toxic and side efects.
