CT引导下夹脊穴臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Observation on treating lumbar disc herniation with CT-guided ozone injection

目的:观察在CT引导下夹脊穴臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,探讨臭氧治疗的作用机制。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年1月期间在我科住院治疗的该病患者150例,随机分为治疗组75例、对照组75例。治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上行夹脊穴臭氧注射5～10mL,每周治疗2次为一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后,对所有完成的患者进行跟踪随访1年。结果:治疗组患者的视觉模拟评分(VSA)与临床痊愈率均优于对照组(P <0.05);1年内复发率也明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:夹脊穴臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症能明显解除患者的疼痛症状,改善体征,疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of CT-guided ozone injection on lumbar disc herniation, and explore the mechanism of ozone therapy. Methods： 150 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=75） and control group （n=75）. The control group was given basic treatment. The treatment group was given CT-guided ozone injection more. Results： The VSA and clinical cure rate in the treatment group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate in the 1 year was also signifcantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： CT-guided ozone injection on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can signifcantly relieve the patient’s pain symptoms, improve the physical signs, is efective and worthy of popularization and application.
