中医骨伤手法配合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床价值研究

Clinical value of TCM bone setting manipulation and TCM medicine on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type

目的:研究中医骨伤手法配合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床价值。方法:选取2016年10月-2017年10月我院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者86例,按照随机分配原则将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予中药内服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医骨伤手法治疗,对比两组治疗效果、血流变学改善情况、VAS和症状疾病改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果:经治疗后,两组VAS、症状积分以及血流变学水平均显著优于治疗前,其中观察组优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:在中药内服的基础上联合中医骨伤手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可有效缓解患者症状,改善其VAS评分和血流变学指标水平,不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective： To study the clinical value of TCM bone setting manipulation and TCM medicine on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods： 86 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 43 cases in each. The control group was given TCM medicine. The observation group was treated with TCM bone setting manipulation more. The efcacy and improvement in hemorheology, VAS and symptoms, and adverse events were compared between two groups. Results： After treatment, the VAS, symptom scores and hemorheology levels in two groups were significantly better than before treatment, and those in the observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The total efective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were signifcantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： TCM medcine plus bone setting manipulation can effectively relieve the symptoms, improve their VAS score and blood rheology index, less adverse reactions, and is worth promoting.
