藏医袋浴疗法治疗风湿性关节炎疾病的临床有效性研究

Clinical efficacy of Zang medicine bag bath on rheumatic arthritis

目的:评价藏药袋浴疗法治疗风湿性关节炎疾病的疗效评估。方法:60例风湿性关节炎患者随机分成A组、B组,A组给予五味甘露袋浴未加卡擦药,B组给予五味甘露袋浴主加卡擦药肾瓣棘豆和粗茎秦艽,龙脑冰片。对患者治疗前后膝关节消肿和压痛程度进行测定并比较病症的变化确定治疗效果情况。治疗7天后,观察临床疗效。结果:在2种方案中B组显效率较高于A组。结论:治疗风湿性疾病应科学选用治疗药物。综合考虑,五味甘露袋浴加卡擦药肾瓣棘豆和粗茎秦艽,龙脑冰片,其卡擦药炮制简单优势且进一步有较好的治疗作用,短时间内疗效较明显,是目前藏医药临床当中对风湿性关节炎患者可在短时间内提高疗效的选择药物。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Zang medicine bag bath on rheumatic arthritis. Methods： 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was given Wuwei Ganlu bag bath （ 五味甘露袋浴 ） without card rubbing; group B was treated by Wuwei Ganlu bag bath with Oxytropis reniformis, Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie and Borneol. The degree of knee swelling and tenderness were measured; the changes of symptoms were compared; the clinical efcacy was observed. Results： The efciency in group B was higher than group A. Conclusion： Wuwei Ganlu bag bath with Oxytropis reniformis, Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie and Borneol shows a better efect.
