艾迪注射液对中晚期食管癌术后放化疗的疗效分析

Efficacy of the Aidi injection on advanced esophageal carcinoma patients treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery

目的:研究在中晚期食管癌术后放化疗中采取艾迪注射液的临床效果和价值。方法:选取2014年10月-2017年10月本院收治32例中晚期食管癌患者,分为两组,各16例,参照组予以患者中晚期食管癌术与放化疗联合治疗,实验组在参照组基础上予以艾迪注射液,观察比对实验组和参照组的组间数据差异。结果:实验组中晚期食管癌患者临床治疗有效率计算值、CD8+、CD4+、CD3+对比参照组数据指标,P <0.05,统计学展现数据检验分析意义。结论:将艾迪注射液干预应用在中晚期食管癌术后放化疗中的疗效较为突出,可改善患者免疫指标,值得应用。

Objective： To study the clinical efcacy of the Aidi injection （ 艾迪注射液 ） on advanced esophageal carcinoma patients treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery. Methods： 32 patients were divided into two groups, 16 cases in each. The reference group was given advanced esophageal carcinoma surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The experimental group was given the Aidi injection more. The data diferences between two groups were compared. Results： The clinical efcacy, CD8＋, CD4＋ and CD3＋ between two groups show statistically signifcant diferences, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Aidi injection shows a better efect, can improve the immune index and is worthy of application.
