美沙拉嗪口服联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛隐窝炎65例

Clinical efficacy of mesalazine plus herbal retention enema on anal cryptitis in 65 patients

目的:观察美沙拉嗪口服联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛隐窝炎的疗效。方法:将65例肛隐窝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予美沙拉嗪口服联合中药保留灌肠,对照组予甲硝唑注射液联合庆大霉素保留灌肠,观察两组患者治疗前后生活质量的改善情况、有效率、复发率及不良反应。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.75%和75.76%,复发率分别为10.00%和32.00%,治疗组在改善患者躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等方面的疗效优于对照组。结论:美沙拉嗪口服联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛隐窝炎疗效确切,可明显改善患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe clinical efects of mesalazine plus herbal retention enema on anal cryptitis. Methods： 65 patients with anal cryptitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with mesalazine plus herbal retention enema. The control group was treated with gentamicin retention enema plus metronidazole injection. Results： The total efective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group, higher than 75.76% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate was 10.00% in the treatment group, lower than 32.00% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The clinical efects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion： Mesalazine plus herbal retention enema on anal cryptitis is efective, safe and worthy of promotion, can signifcantly improve patients’ quality of life.
