疏肝活血法治疗肝郁络阻型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Shugan Huoxue therapy on chronic atrophic gastritis of the Ganyu Luozu type

目的:探讨肝郁络阻型慢性萎缩性胃炎使用中疏肝活血法的临床疗效。方法:调研2016年3月-2017年3月我院消化内科收诊的100例肝郁络阻型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,按随机分表法分为对照组(给予胃复春片治疗)及观察组(给予疏肝活血法治疗),每组50例。观察经不同药物治疗后的临床疗效及经治疗后两组患者病理检查的各项数据表现。结果:经疏肝活血法治疗后,观察组患者治愈率、总有效率等数据统计均优于对照组,P <0.05。两组患者治疗前数据统计无明显差异;治疗1个疗程后,观察组患者炎症、萎缩、异型增生、肠化生等数据统计均明显下降,明显优于对照组,P <0.05,差异显著。结论:采用疏肝活血法治疗肝郁络阻型慢性萎缩性胃炎,能有效改善临床症状,控制慢性胃炎疾病的发展及逆转胃组织的萎缩,保护肝脏及患者胃组织,值得临床医师推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efect of the Shugan Huoxue therapy （ 疏肝活血法） on chronic atrophic gastritis of the Ganyu Luozu type （肝郁络阻型）. Methods： 100 cases was divided into the control group [（given the Weifuchun tablets （胃复春片）] and the observation group （treated with the Shugan Huoxue therapy） according to the random dividing table method, 50 cases in each group. The clinical efect and the data manifestation of pathological examination in two groups were observed. Results： After treatment, the cure rate and total efciency in the observation group were better than the control group, P〈0.05. There was no signifcant diference between two groups before treatment. The inflammation, atrophy, dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia in the observation group were obviously decreased after treatment of one course, and obviously better than the control group, P〈0.05, with signifcant diferences. Conclusion： The Shugan Huoxue therapy can improve the clinical symptoms, control the development of chronic gastritis disease and reverse the atrophy of gastric tissue, protect the liver and the gastric tissue, is worth popularizing by clinicians.
