全息经络铜砭刮痧疗法在寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出中的应用

Treating lumbar disc herniation of the Hanshi Bizu type by Quanxi collateral channels stone needle scrapping therapy

目的:探讨全息经络铜砭刮痧疗法对寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出患者疗效。方法:将60例寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出患者随机分为铜砭刮痧组和对照组,各30例,铜砭刮痧组采用传统医学治疗结合全息经络铜砭刮痧疗法,对照组采用传统医学治疗,分别治疗5周,观察治疗前后VAS评分和日本骨伤学会(JOA)下腰痛评分表的改变。结果:治疗后两组患者的VAS评分和JOA评分均显著低于治疗前(P <0.05),铜砭刮痧组治疗后VAS评分、JOA评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将传统中医外治法全息经络铜砭刮痧法更好的融入临床,满足患者的治疗需求,缓解寒湿痹阻腰痛的疼痛,缩短了患者住院日期,改善患者各项功能,值得临床推广,并且较好的体现了中医外治法疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical efcacy of Quanxi collateral channels stone needle scrapping therapy （ 全息经络铜砭刮痧疗法 ） on lumbar disc herniation of the Hanshi Bizu type （寒湿痹阻型）. Methods： 60 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment; and the treatment group was given Quanxi collateral channels stone needle scrapping therapy more, for 5 weeks. Results： After treatment, VAS scores and JOA scores in two groups were decreased, P〈0.05; and the treatment group were better, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Quanxi collateral channels stone needle scrapping therapy on lumbar disc herniation of the Hanshi Bizu type can improve clinical symptoms, and is worthy of promotion.
