改良八段锦对高龄髋部骨折非手术患者常见并发症的干预

Clinical efficacy of Baduanjin on the complication in elderly with hip fractures undergoing non-surgical treatment

目的:探讨进行改良八段锦高龄髋部骨折患者并发症的预防。方法:选择2017年1-8月在我院关节专科住院,采取非手术治疗的高龄髋部骨折患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组给予常规护理。观察组在对照组的基础上,进行改良八段锦活动锻炼,每天3次,每次15～30min。结果:采用改良八段锦干预后,观察组发生肺部感染,关节僵硬,夜寐不安,发生压疮的例数与对照组对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:改良八段锦可以促进高龄髋部骨折患者的康复、预防并发症的发生。

Objective： To observe clinical efects of Baduanjin （ 八段锦 ） on complication in elderly with hip fractures undergoing non-surgical treatment. Methods： 100 elderly people with hip fractures undergoing non-surgical treatment were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table, 50 cases in each. The control group was received routine nursing only. The observation group was treated by Baduanjin more, 3 times a day, every time 15 ～30min. Results： The complication in the observation group was less than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Baduanjin can promote the rehabilitation of elderly with hip fractures, prevent the complications.
