Technological Culture and “Learning to Be Human”

技术是人类实现目的一种手段,随着技术的生成,文化就被打上技术的烙印。技术文化是基于技术观的文化视角,分析技术在文化系统中担当的角色,即技术改善人类日常生活的同时,技术文化也影响着人类的价值观、世界观。通过分析技术文化的三种层次:即技术器物文化、技术制度文化和技术观念文化,讨论技术文化何以使人为人。在技术世界中人类要以反思性的立场审视技术文化,从而达到"向善",达到"学以成人"的目的。

Technology is a means for humans to achieve their goals. With the development of technology, culture is branded with technology. Technological culture is a cultural perspective based on the technology concept, in order to analyze the role of technology in the cultural system. That is, while technology improves the daily life of human beings, technological culture also affects human values and world views. Through the analysis of three levels of technological culture-technological product culture, technological system culture and technological conception culture, we discuss how technological culture can make man humane. In the technological world, human beings must observe the technology culture from a reflective standpoint so as to achieve ＂goodness＂ and achieve the goal of ＂learning to be human＂.
