焙烧活化对Mn/ATP的组成及脱硫性能的影响

摘要 以凹凸棒石(ATP)为载体,通过沉淀法及焙烧活化得到了Mn/ATP。采用XRD、TG、IR、SEM和H2-TPR对Mn/ATP进行了表征,结合反应热力学计算分析了焙烧活化过程Mn/ATP活性成分的变化情况。通过固定床反应器,考察了常温条件下Mn/ATP的脱硫活性。结果表明:焙烧温度和焙烧方式对Mn/ATP的物相影响较大。静态空气中随着温度升高,MnCO3分解生成MnO2,当氧气含量下降后MnO2逐渐分解生成较低价态锰氧化物。将焙烧方式改为动态空气,充足的氧气含量降低了Mn/ATP的活化温度,抑制了MnO2的分解反应。动态空气中400℃焙烧活化制得MnO2/ATP,在20℃下有最大脱硫活性,穿透硫容为172.0 mg/g。 Precursor of Mn/ATP was prepared by precipitation method using attapulgite(ATP) as carrier, Mn/ATP samples were obtained after high temperature calcinations. The obtained Mn/ATP samples were characterized by means of XRD, TG, IR, SEM and H2-TPR. The effect of roasting activation process on active components of Mn/ATP sample was analyzed by thermodynamic calculation. The desulfurization activity of Mn/ATP under normal temperature was investigated in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the calcination temperature and calcination method had great influence on Mn/ATP phase. In static air, MnCO3 was converted to MnO2 with the increase of temperature. When oxygen content decreased, MnO2 was gradually converted into lower valence manganese oxides. While the roasting mode was changed from static air to dynamic air, sufficient oxygen content reduced the activation temperature of Mn/ATP and inhibited the decomposition reaction of MnO2. The MnO2/ATP sample roasted in dynamic air at 400 ℃exhibited the maximum desulfurization activity at 20 ℃ and the breakthrough sulfur capacity reached 172.0 mg/g.
