三铁融合综合轨道交通方案研究路径探讨 被引量:16

摘要 研究目的:由于我国经济发达、人口稠密的城市群及中心城市集聚了高速铁路、城际铁路、市域铁路和城市轨道交通等优势交通资源,为发挥各种运输方式比较优势和组合效率,优化运力资源配置,提供公交化运营服务,本文对国铁干线、市域铁路和城市轨道交通融合发展的研究路径进行探讨,以期为三铁融合发展的城市提供路径指引。研究结论:(1)本文提出了建立三铁相互融合、功能互补、互联互通、便捷换乘、资源共享的综合轨道交通运输体系的指导思想;(2)指出了三铁融合以人为本、规划引领,融合发展、资源共享,运力优化、公交服务,统筹规划、分期实施,重点突破、机制创新的融合方向;(3)得出了三铁融合从线路→列车→旅客→票制→安全→资源共享的方案研究路径;(4)本文提出的研究路径对我国特大城市、城市群三铁融合综合轨道交通的发展具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。 Research purposes: Dominant traffic resources like high speed railway,intercity railway,city railway and urban rail transit are concentrated in urban agglomeration and central city where there is a developed economy and dense population. In order to give full play to the advantages and efficiency of various transportation modes,optimize the allocation of transportation resources and provide public transportation operation service,this paper discusses the research path of the integration development of national railway trunk line,city railway and urban rail transit,to provide guidance for cities which are approaching integrated development of three types of railways.Research conclusions:( 1) A guiding ideology was put forward to build an integrated rail transportation system with three-railway fusion development,functional complementation,interconnection,convenient transfer and resource sharing.( 2) The fusion direction of people-oriented,planning guidance,fusion development,resource sharing,capacity optimization,bus service,overall planning,phased implementation,major breakthrough and mechanism innovation was pointed out.( 3) The path of programed research from line to train to passengers to ticket to safety to resource sharing was obtained.( 4) This paper has some guidance and reference for the development of integrated rail transit in the urban agglomeration of China's mega cities.
