结合GIS技术的雄商铁路功能定位研究

Research on the Function Orientation of Xiongan-Shangqiu Railway with GIS Technology

研究目的:雄商铁路的建设将促使区域高速铁路网形成新的格局,其在路网中的作用和功能定位将直接影响与相邻线路的分工、客流需求预测、线路速度目标值的选择、线路建设方案等,对项目的建设及主要技术标准的确定起到至关重要的作用。为此,本次研究从区域路网现状及规划格局入手,结合GIS技术,全方位剖析项目在国民经济和路网中的作用,综合确定项目的功能定位。研究结论:(1)雄商铁路是纵贯国家战略版块的桥梁、推动沿线城市群协调共享发展的载体、京港台综合交通走廊中的绿色骨干交通方式,意义作用突出;(2)雄商铁路是高铁网南北通道的骨干、中部地区旅客运输的主通道和区域铁路网的脊梁;(3)雄商铁路是串联三大城市群,兼顾城际客运功能的重要线路;(4)雄商铁路是以中长途路网功能为主,兼顾城际客流的高速铁路骨干线路;(5)本项目功能定位可为确定其合理建设方案及技术标准提供依据。

Research purposes： Xiongan-Shangqiu railway will promote the formation of a new pattern of regional rapid railway network. Its role in railway network and function will directly affect the division of the adjacent lines,passenger traffic volume forecast,the choice of line speed,and the construction program of railway,which are crucial to the determination of the project construction and technical standards. Therefore,starting from the present and planed regional railway network structure,combined with GIS technology,the paper analyzes the role of the project in the national economic development and railway network,and determines the function orientation of the project.Research conclusions：（ 1） Xiongan-Shangqiu railway is a bridge across the national strategic section,a carrier to promote the coordinated development of urban agglomeration along the line and a green backbone transportation mode in the Beijing-Hong Kong-Taiwan comprehensive transportation corridor. Its significance is prominent.（ 2） It is the backbone of the north-south channel of the high-speed rail network,the main railway channel for passenger communication in the middle part of China and the backbone of the regional railway network.（ 3） It is an important line connecting the three urban agglomerations and undertakes the function of inter-city passenger transport.（ 4） It is a high-speed trunk line which takes the network passenger transport as the main function and takes into account the intercity passenger flow along the line.（ 5） The function orientation of the project can offer a foundation for the reasonable determination of the project construction scheme and technical standards.
