摘要 研究目的:受地质条件的影响,某运营线路隧道内Ⅰ型板式无砟轨道发生起拱,影响了行车安全性和舒适性,该地段已按120 km/h限速运行,需尽快开展整治。通过本次研究,提出可行的整治方案使该地段恢复正常运营。研究结论:(1)研究确定了对该地段既有线形采用竖曲线拟合方式设计为圆顺的目标线形,并通过揭板调整CA砂浆厚度达到目标线形的整治方案;(2)方案借助动力学仿真手段对目标线形进行了动力学检算,研究确定了揭板的范围和数量、揭板范围砂浆厚度调整量、局部地段保证最小砂浆厚度底座的切削量、天窗施工期间满足当日行车要求的扣件调整量、达到目标线形的扣件调整量等参数,制定了详细的施工工序;(3)现场利用20个天窗,按整治方案对26块轨道板砂浆厚度进行了调整,整治后解除限速恢复至正常运营速度210 km/h,人工添乘首趟列车无晃车感觉,达到了整治效果;(4)本研究成果可为运营线路无砟轨道病害维修整治提供借鉴。 Research purposes: Under the influence of geological conditions,the arch camber of CRTS Ⅰ slab track in the tunnel of an operation line has affected the running safety and comfort of the train. This location has been operated at the speed limit of 120 km/h and need to be renovated as quickly as possible. Through this research,a feasible renovation plan is put forward to restore normal operation of this location.Research conclusions:( 1) The renovation plan that adjusting the thickness of the CA mortar achieve the smooth target alignment which designed by vertical curve fitting is determined.( 2) The target alignment is verified using dynamic simulation. The scope and quantity of the uncovering slab,the thickness adjustment value of CA mortar,the cutting value of track base,the adjustment value of fastening to meet the daily driving requirements during the skylight construction time,and the adjustment value of fastening to reach the target alignment are determined. The detailed construction procedures is worked out.( 3) The thickness of CA mortars of 26 track slab is adjusted according to the renovation plan using 20 railway skylights time on site. After renovation,the speed limit is recovered to the normal operation speed of 210 km/h,the shaking feeling on the first train disappears,and the effect has been achieved.( 4) This research result can be used for maintenance of ballastless track on operation line.
