无砟轨道线路运营后隧底质量缺陷整治方案 被引量:3

摘要 研究目的:某无砟轨道隧道线路开通后,隧道底部局部出现裂缝,裂缝段地表无变形塌陷迹象,取芯结果表明隧底仰拱厚度不足,存在较厚层虚渣或夹渣情况,引起轨道板及轨道等结构上抬,严重影响线路正常运行。本文提出采用多种勘探手段查明产生的原因,据此提出一个切实可行的施工方案。研究结论:面对既有客运专线运营安全的压力及隧道内施工场地狭窄问题,提出:(1)对隧底结构严重不足地段采取双线限速45 km/h全幅分段跳槽拆换整治;(2)对两端隧底结构质量缺陷较轻地段及受影响地段采取加固处理等施工方案;(3)分别对隧道整治、无砟轨道拆除后恢复、施工工艺、施工流程等提出了新思路;(4)整治方案已在现场实施,现场效果反应良好;(5)本研究成果可为今后同类型项目提供一种参考施工方法。 Research purposes: After the opening to traffic of a ballastless track line,cracks occur at the partial bottom of the tunnel. No signs of deformation and collapse in fracture surface,the survey results show that the thickness of the tunnel bottom invert is insufficient,which causes structural lifting of track slab and track,seriously affect the normal railway operation. This paper provides some new methods for the tunnel survey,and puts forward a feasible construction scheme.Research conclusions: In the face of the pressure of the operation safety of the existing passenger dedicated line and the narrow construction site in the tunnel,the paper proposes:( 1) The sections,where the tunnel bottom structure is seriously insufficient,adopted 45 km/h limit and replacement treatment.( 2) The sections,where the tunnel bottom structure has less quality defects,adopted reinforcement treatment.( 3) Some new ideas of the tunnel treatment,the restoration of the removed ballastless track,the construction technology and the construction process were proposed.( 4) The treatment scheme has been implemented on site and the effect is good.( 5) The research results can provide a reference construction method for similar projects in the future.
