摘要
研究目的:磁浮铁路线下工程以桥梁为主。作为磁浮轨道的支撑结构,对轨道简支梁的制作精度要求很高。除了线路小半径、运梁通道和架梁场地等限制受阻而采用现浇轨道简支梁施工外,绝大多数轨道简支梁采用集中预制工法。本文重点从轨道梁结构、预制工艺关键技术及工艺流程、预制周期等几个方面进行研究,得出轨道梁预制场的规划原则、台座数量计算与确定、模板数量计算与确定等设计思路,并以示例说明。研究结论:(1)中低速磁浮轨道梁预制场规划与国铁T梁、箱梁不同之处在于:轨道梁要求预制精度更高,通过自动化系统工艺来实现;木质内模与整体钢筋一起绑扎,永久滞留在梁体内;侧模要选用可调式钢模以适应不同长度曲线梁的预制要求;只能单层存放;运梁只能通过汽车在线下运输;多座桥梁可分别同时运架梁;(2)中低速磁浮铁路施工工期较短(1. 5~2. 0年);(3)本研究成果可为中低速磁浮铁路轨道简支梁预制场的规划设计提供参考。
Research purposes: The main underline project of the maglev is bridges. As the supporting structure of maglev track,the fabrication precision of track simple support beam is very high. In addition to adopting the construction method of cast-in-situ track simple support beam because of the restrictions of the small radius of the line,the beam passage and the girder site,the vast majority of track simple support beams use the centralized precast method. This paper focuses on the study of track girder structure,key technologies and technological processes of the prefabricated process,and precast period,draws out the design ideas such as planning principle,calculation and determination of the number of platform blocks,and calculation and determination of the number of templates,and illustrate by an example.Research conclusions:( 1) The difference between prefabricated field planning of the medium-low speed maglev track beam,and the national railway T beam and box girder is as follows: The track girder requires higher precast accuracy and is achieved through automated system technology; The wooden inner mold is tied together with the entire steel bar and permanently stays in the beam; Adjustable steel die should be selected for the precast requirements of curve beams of different lengths; It can only be stored in a single layer; The beam can only be transported through the car; Multiple bridges can be transported at the same time.( 2) The construction period of the medium-low speed maglev railway is short( 1. 5 to 2. 0 years).( 3) The research results can provide reference for the prefabricated field planning and design of the medium-low speed maglev track simple beam.
