高速公路出入口与城市路网衔接性综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Connection between Entrance and Exit of Expressway and Urban Road Network

高速公路出入口与城市路网衔接性是否合理,将严重影响城市内外交通出行效率,甚至制约整个城市的发展。针对高速公路出入口与城市路网衔接性是否合理缺乏系统、科学评价体系的现状,科学合理地建立了多层次、多指标的评价指标体系。创新性地引用基于序关系分析的模糊综合评价法,通过实例介绍了该综合评价法在高速公路出入口与城市路网衔接性定量评价中的应用。研究结论与当前高速公路出入口路网发展现状一致,充分证明了综合评价方法的准确性与有效性,能够科学地指导有关部门对高速公路出入口与城市路网规划与建设。

Whether the connection between the entrance and exit of the highway and the urban road network is reasonable will seriously affect the efficiency of the urban and external traffic travel,and even restrict the development of the whole city.In view of the lack of systematic and scientific evaluation system for the cohesion between the entrance and exit of the highway and the urban road network,a multi-level and multi index evaluation indices system were established scientifically and reasonably.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on rank correlation analysis was innovatively introduced.The application of this comprehensive evaluation method in the quantitative evaluation of the convergence between the entrance and exit of the highway and the urban road network was introduced through an example.The research conclusion was consistent with the current development status of highway gateway network.It fully demonstrated the accuracy and effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation method,and can scientifically guide the relevant departments to plan and construct theentrance and exit of the highway and urban road network.
