不同焊接方法下20Mn23Al无磁钢焊接接头的显微组织与性能 被引量:4

摘要 采用非熔化极惰性气体钨极保护焊-熔化极气体保护焊(TIG-GMAW)、非熔化极惰性气体钨极保护焊-手工电弧焊(TIG-SMAW)和非熔化极惰性气体钨极保护焊-埋弧焊(TIG-SAW)等3种焊接方法对12mm厚的20Mn23Al无磁钢板进行焊接,研究了不同焊接方法下焊接接头的显微组织和性能。结果表明:3种焊接方法下,接头焊缝的显微组织均由奥氏体、δ铁素体、碳化物组成,TIG-SAW接头焊缝的晶粒尺寸比其余2种焊接接头的大;TIG-SMAW接头焊缝的硬度最高,TIG-GMAW接头的次之,TIG-SAW接头的最低;TIG-GMAW接头的冲击韧性最好,TIGSMAW接头的次之,TIG-SAW接头的最差,TIG-GMAW、TIG-SMAW接头冲击断口均呈韧性断裂特征,而TIG-SAW接头的呈韧性和准解理混合断裂特征;TIG-GMAW接头的耐腐蚀性能最好,TIG-SMAW接头的次之,TIG-SAW接头的最差。 20 Mn23 Al non-magnetic steel plates with thickness of 12 mm were welded by inert gas tungsten shielded welding-gas metal arc welding(TIG-GMAW),inert gas tungsten shielded welding-shielded metal arc welding(TIG-SMAW)and inert gas tungsten shielded welding-submerged arc welding(TIG-SAW),respectively.The microstructure and properties of welded joints by different welding processes were studied.The results show that the microstructures of the weld in welded joints all consisted of austenite,δferrite and carbides by three welding processes.The grain size of TIG-SAW joint was larger than that of the other two welded joints.The hardness of the weld in TIG-SMAW joint was the highest,then TIG-GMAW joint,TIG-SAW joint in turn.The impact toughness of TIG-GMAW joint was the best,then TIG-SMAW joint,TIG-SAW joint in turn.The impact fracture of TIG-GMAW joint and TIG-SMAW joint had a characteristic of ductile fracture,while TIG-SAW joint had a mixed fracture characteristic of toughness and quasi-cleavage.The corrosion resistance of TIG-SMAW joint was the best,then TIG-GMAW joint,TIG-SAW joint in turn.
