是否拥有自主知识产权是高端技术人才的重要参考。本文分析当前人才引进中知识产权评议机制应用的现状,并通过案例阐述了知识产权评议对于高端人才引进发挥的积极作用,深入地分析了当前在引进人才中使用知识产权评议方法存在的问题,并针对存在问题提出了可供相关部门决策参考的意见建议。

Whether or not to have independent intellectual property rights is an important reference for high-end technical talents. This article analyzes the current status of the application of IP review mechanism in talent introduction, and illustrates the positive role of IP review for the introduction of high-end talents through case studies, and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current use of IP review methods in the introduction of talents, and suggestions for the decision-making of the relevant departments are proposed for the existing problems.
