献血不良反应分类规范的修订与应用

Revision and Application of Classification Norms for Adverse Events of Blood Donation

目的依据献血不良反应分类指南,对试点采供血机构2017年10月-2018年4月上报的献血不良反应进行评估分级,为完善河北省献血不良反应分类规范提供参考。方法对上报的26例献血不良反应进行评估判断,从反应程度评估、反应类型的肯定程度、反应与献血相关性3方面进行评价。结果在反应程度评估方面,1级(非重度献血不良反应)发生概率最高,占96.15%;在反应类型的肯定程度方面,肯定占69.23%,疑似占15.38%;在反应与献血相关性方面,可能无关(2级)占57.69%,排除了全部其他原因相关性极高(5级)占23.08%,可疑相关(3级)占11.54%,可能相关(4级)占7.69%。结论献血不良反应评估分级增加了判断的准确性和严谨性,有利于管理者根据反应的不同类别与级别进行后续处理,为进一步完善献血不良反应分类分级标准奠定了良好基础。

Objective According to the classification guideline for adverse events of blood donation, the evaluation of the adverse events of blood donation reported by the blood collection and delivery institutions from October 2017 to A pril 2018 were performed which provided a reference for improving the classification criteria of adverse events to blood donation in Hebei Province. Methods Twenty-six reported adverse events to blood donation were evaluated from the aspects of ＂reaction degree assessment＂, ＂affirmation degree of response type＂ and ＂reaction and blood donation correlation＂. Result In the reaction degree assessment, grade 1 （non severe blood donation adverse reactions） had the highest probability of occurrence, accounting for 96.15% ; In the affirmation degree of response type, the positive type of response accounted for 69.23%, suspected account for 15.38%; In the reaction and blood donation correlation, it may be irrelevant （level 2） accounting for 57.69% High correlation, excluding all other reasons （level 5）, which account for 23.08%, suspicious correlation （level 3）, 11.54%, and possibly related （level 4）, 7.69%. Conclusion The evaluation of adverse events of blood donation increases the accuracy and rigor of judgment, and facilitates the supervisor analysis and treatment of subsequent causes according to different categories and levels of reactions, which lays a good foundation for further improving the classification and grading standard of adverse events to blood donation.
