The Post Verification of Group Leader of Medical Team in A Hospital

摘要 目的探讨核定岗位数与考核床位数、床均工作量以及病例组合指数3个因素之间的相互关系,进而探寻床位带组医生岗位核定的科学方法。方法运用多元线性回归进行分析及预测。结果科学预测了各科室床位带组医生岗位数。结论床位带组医生制度的实施,有利于合理配置科室岗位,有利于充分调动医生积极性。但岗位核定也应随科室床位数、床均工作量及病例组合指数的变动而调整。 Objective To analyze the relationship among the three factors about internal and assessment bed numher, bed average workload and case portfolio index (CMI), to explore the scientific methods for post verification of group leader of medical team. Methods Using multiple linear regression analysis and prediction methods. Result The number of doctors' posts in each department was predicted scientifically. Conclusion To implement group leader of medical team system is conducive to the rational allocation of department posts and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of doctors. However, the post approval should also be adjusted with the changes of the number of beds, the workload of the beds and the CMI.
