How to Improve Bed Occupancy at Department Level

目的探讨机动床位管理模式在神经外科的应用效果,为合理、高效地管理科室床位提供参考。方法选择神经外科2015年3月-2017年2月床位周转指标为研究对象,2015年3月-2016年2月为未实施机动床位管理组(对照组),2016年3月-2017年2月为实施机动床位管理组(实验组)。结果除手术率指标外,其余指标完成情况实验组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用机动床位管理模式,不影响患者收容构成,增加了床位使用效率,缩短了平均住院日,加快了床位周转,减少了医护质量扣分,提高了医护质量,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of mobile bed management mode in Department of Neurosurgery, and provide reference for the department to manage beds reasonably and efficiently. Methods The turnover index of beds in Department of Neurosurgery from March 2015 to February 2017 was selected as the study object. From March 2015 to February 2016, the group without mobile bed management was selected as control group, and from March 2016 to February 2017, the group with mobile bed management was selected as experimental group. Result All the indexes except operation rate were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adopring the management mode of mobile beds did not affect the composition of patient reception, which increased the efficiency of bed use, shortened the average hospitalization day, speeded up the turnover of beds, reduced the deduction of medical care quality, improved the quality of medical care, hence has a prornotional value.
