摘要
目的探讨量化考核在基层党支部党员管理中应用的效果。方法依据医院下发的“党支部工作目标管理责任书”及年度党支部工作计划,制定党员考核标准项目及量化考核具体细则。结果按量化考核表格内容,统计2017年1-6月与2018年1-6月同期比较,从政治素质、业务能力、遵纪守法三个方面有明显提升。提高了党员的积极性和自觉性,树立了良好的党员形象。结论量化考核是一种有依有据、公平公正、高效高能的党员管理模式。
Objective Evaluation on applying quantificational assessment system on the basic level party members. Methods According to the "responsibility of the party branch work target management" and the party branch annual work plan, setting up a project for the assessment of party members and quantificational measure rules. Results According to the quantificational measure form, compare the period of time from January to June in 2017 and January to June in 2018, there were obvious improvements in three aspects: political quality, professional competence and discipline. The enthusiasm and consciousness of the party members had been improving and a good image of the party members had been set up. Conclusion Quantificational measure is a party member management mode based on evidence, fairness, justice, high efficiency and high energy.
