固有淋巴样2型细胞在哮喘免疫应答中的研究进展

摘要 固有淋巴样2型细胞(type 2 innate lymphoid cells,ILC2)是一群新型的不表达谱系发育分子Lineage和特异性抗原识别受体的固有免疫细胞。近年来研究表明,在哮喘免疫应答过程中,ILC2细胞能够被上皮源性细胞因子IL-25、IL-33和TSLP等激活,分泌Th2型细胞因子如IL-5、IL-9、IL-13和双调蛋白等,参与2型炎症反应的启动和维持,最终导致慢性气道炎症,气道高反应性和气道重塑等病理改变。基于ILC2细胞对哮喘的发病机制具有重要作用,本文对ILC2细胞的发现、分布、发育、调控及其参与哮喘免疫应答的研究进展作了综述。 Type 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) are a group of novel innate immune cells that do not express lineage-developing molecules and specific antigen recognition receptors. In recent years, studies have shown that during the immune responses in asthma, ILC2 cells can be activated by epithelium-derived cytokines IL-25, IL-33 and TSLP, and release Th2 cytokines such as IL-5, IL-9 and IL-13, andamphiregulin, etc. Thus, these cells are able to participate in the initiation and maintenance of type 2 inflammatory responses, which uhimately lead to pathological changes such as chronic airway inflammation, airway hyper responsiveness and airway remodeling. Based on the role of ILC2 cells in the pathogenesis of asthma, this review summarizes the advanced research on the discovery, distribution, development, regulation and contribution of ILC2 cells involved in asthmatic immune response.
