两种全牙列颌垫治疗儿童夜磨牙的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects of two kinds of full dentition maxillary pads in the treatment of children's night molars

目的评价两种全牙列颌垫治疗儿童夜磨牙的效果。方法选取2017年5月～2018年5月我院收治的夜磨牙患儿58例,采用随机数字表法的分组形式将其平均分为两组,即实验组与对照组,每组均29例。对照组行应塑料列颌垫法,实验组行软树脂列颌垫法,对比两组治疗效果。结果经过调查可以得知对照组的治疗效果低于实验组,两组数据比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童夜磨牙治疗的过程中,采用软树脂列颌垫法能够加快康复速度,提升弹性效果,起到缓冲的作用,并促进牙齿与牙周的保护,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of two full dentition maxillary pads on children＇s nocturnal molars.Methods A total of 58 children with nocturnal molars admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group,with 29 in each group example.The control group should be in the plastic column method,and the experimental group should be treated with soft resin column method to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results After investigation, it was found that the therapeutic effect of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group, and the data of the two groups were statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the process of treatment of children＇s night molars,the soft resin column method can speed up the recovery,improve the elasticity,play a buffering role,and promote the protection of teeth and periodontal,which has a high promotion value.
