摘要
现代远程高等学历继续教育在国家的大力支持下,近些年发展速度较快。随着远程教育招生人数的不断扩大,教学管理与质量问题备受关注。远程高等学历继续教育教学管理执行力研究对于提升办学质量,促进远程高等学历教育可持续健康发展有着重要意义。通过文献法对远程高等学历继续教育教学管理执行力相关概念进行梳理,归纳分析我国远程高等学历继续教育教学管理执行力现状,从教学管理制度、执行力文化、教学管理者与学习者四个层面分析了教学管理执行力缺失的原因,并给出提升教学管理执行力的途径与方法。
With the strong support of the state, the modern long distance higher education continuing education has developed rapidly in recent years. With the continuous expansion of the number of enrollment in distance education, teaching management and quality issues have received much attention. The study of the executive education of continuing education in remote higher education is of great significance for improving the quality of running schools and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of long term higher education. Through the literature method, the paper sorts out the related concepts of the teaching management of long term higher education continuing education, and summarizes the current situation of the implementation of the teaching management of the long distance higher education in China, and analyzes the reasons for the problem of teaching management execution from the four aspects of teaching management system, executive culture, teaching managers and learners, and gives ways and methods to improve the execution of teaching management.
