不同冷却润滑条件下TB6钛合金高速切削表面完整性研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过TB6钛合金高速铣削试验,测量观察加工表面粗糙度、表面三维形貌和表层微观组织等表面完整性特征,利用极差法分析切削参数对表面粗糙度影响的显著性,探讨冷却润滑条件对加工表面形貌和表面变质层的影响。研究表明:工艺参数对表面粗糙度影响程度依次为径向切深、切削速度、进给量和轴向切深;相比低温冷风加,微油雾润滑加工时钛合金表面粗糙度低,且表面无明显晶粒变形,表明加工表面塑性变形是影响粗糙度的主要因素。 Through the test of high-speed cutting TB6 titanium alloy,the surface integrity of titanium alloy, such as surface roughness,3D surface topography and surface mierostructure were observed.The significance of effect on the surface roughness by cutting parameters was analyzed by using the range analysis, and the efleet of lubrication cooling conditions on the surface topography and metamorphic layer was discussed.The resuhs shown that the cutting parameters influencing the surface roughness can be sequenced in the order of radial cutting depth, cutting speed, feed rate, axial cutting depth. Compared with cold blast machining method, the machining method of minimal quantity lubrication can obtain lower surface roughness,and the machined surface structure of titanium alloy has no obvious grain deformation,indicating that the surface plastic deformation is the key factor affecting the machining surface roughness.
