摘要
基于轮轨间蠕滑力饱和引起轮轨系统摩擦自激振动导致钢轨波磨的理论,建立由车轮-钢轨-轨枕组成的有限元模型,采用复特征值方法研究小半径曲线轨道低轨上轮轨接触参数对钢轨波磨的影响。结果表明:小半径曲线轨道低轨上轮轨间蠕滑力饱和可能导致钢轨波磨;轮轨接触角对波磨的波长及产生趋势几乎没有影响;轮轨牵引角对波磨的波长几乎没有影响,但对波磨的产生趋势有较大影响,随着牵引角的增大,产生波磨的趋势逐渐降低。研究表明:在小半径曲线轨道低轨上,牵引角随着曲线半径的减小而减小,系统发生摩擦自激振动的趋势增强,低轨上更容易出现波磨,这就是曲线半径越小钢轨波磨越严重的原因。
A finite element model consisting of a wheel, a rail and a serial of sleepers was set up based on the theory that saturated creep force may induce fiietional self-excited vihration of the wheel/rail system,which is ahle to cause rail eoiTu^ation.The complex ei^envalue method was used to research the effect of wheel/rail contact parameters on rail corru- gation on the low rail of a tight curved track.The results show that the saturated creep force may bring ahout rail corrugation on the low rail of a tight curved track.The contact angle has few influence on the wavelength and oeeurring propensity of rail corrugation.The traction angle has few influence on the wavelength, while it has a large influence on the oeeuiTing propensity of rail corrugation, and the oeeuiTing propensity of rail corrugation is decreased gradually with the inereasing of traction angle.The research shows that, on the low rail of a tight curved track,the traction angel is decreased with the deereasing of the track radius, the trend of fiietional self-excited vihration in the system is enhanced, and the rail corrugation is more prone to he induced, which is why the phenomenon of rail corrugation is more ohvious on smaller curved track.
