气井管理方法在苏里格气田S 11区块的应用 被引量:1

摘要 苏里格气田S 11区块储集层表现为"低渗、低压、低丰度"特征,气井数量多、平均单井产量低,生产中普遍出现产水现象,因而对气井的管理提出了更全面的要求,同时需要气井分类更加精细化,为S 11区块气井管理提供合理、科学的依据。根据气井生产特点将气井分为正常生产阶段、产水阶段和间开生产阶段,并结合静态分类将气井细分为9类,对每类井提出相应的管理措施。在正常生产阶段通过合理定期调整配产措施及短时关井恢复,可以延长稳产期;在产水阶段,对产水井制定合理排水采气措施后,实现大幅度增产;在间开生产阶段,通过优化间开制度、优选排水采气工艺措施,可以尽快复产、上产保证区块持续稳定开发。 The reservoir in block S 11 of Sulige gas field is characterized by low permeability,low pressure and low abundance.There are many gas wells in the block with low average single well output,and the water yielding phenomenon generally occurs in production.Therefore,the overall management of the gas well is proposed.At the same time,more refined gas well classification is required for providing reasonable and scientific basis for gas well management in block S11.According to the characteristics of well production,the gas wells are divided into normal production stage,water yielding stage and intermittent opening production stage.The gas wells are subdivided into 9 categories based on static classification,and corresponding management measures for each kind of well are proposed.In the normal stage,the stable production period can be prolonged by the rational and regular adjustment of proration measures and the recovery of short-term well shut-in.After making rational drainage and gas recovery measures for water yielding wells in the water yielding stage,a substantial increase in production can be realized.In the intermittent well opening stage,through the optimization of the intermittent well opening system,water displacement and gas recovery process measures,production can be resumed as soon as possible,the wells can be put into production,the sustainable and stable development of the block can be ensured.
