摘要
针对水平井岩屑遭受钻井液污染、导致常规录井无法准确划分显示级别的问题,引进了水平井地化录井技术。在论证可行性方案的同时充分考虑到直井与水平井的差异,突破传统思维模式,并且围绕岩屑污染排除方法、样品分析方法及建立水平井评价方法开展工作。通过现场实验摸索出了用40目粒度筛筛洗岩屑能有效排除钻井液的污染,对发现油气显示起到了重要作用;采用混合样分析的方法解决了挑选岩屑样品难题,同时避免了其中烃类的大量逸散;在与同区域多口直井资料对比的基础上,建立了吉林探区让字井地区泉四段水平井地化录井评价方法。该方法准确率较高,通过实际应用收到了较好效果,为今后地化录井技术的发展奠定了基础。
In view of the fact that the cuttings in horizontal wells are contaminated with drilling fluid,which results in the inability of the conventional mud logging to accurately classify the show levels,the horizontal well mud logging techniques have been introduced.While demonstrating the feasibility of the project,the differences between vertical wells and horizontal wells were fully taken into account,the traditional thinking model was broken through and the work was also carried out around the methods to remove cuttings contaminations,to analyze samples and to establish horizontal well evaluation.Through on-site experiments,it has been found out that the use of a 40-mesh sieve to clean the cuttings can effectively eliminate drilling fluid contamination and plays an important role in the discovery of oil and gas show.The aggregate sample analysis methods can solve the problem of picking samples and avoid dissipating the large number of hydrocarbons.On the basis of comparisons with several vertical wells in the same region,ageochemical logging evaluation method was established for the horizontal wells in the fourth member of Quantou formation of Rangzijing zone,Jilin exploration area.The method has high accuracy and has re-ceived good results through practical application,which lays a foundation for the development of geochemical mud logging technology in the future.
