利用互联网平台提升蒙古文科技期刊传播力探索 被引量:1

摘要 在互联网全面普及的时代,蒙古文科技期刊的互联网传播力还处在较弱状态,当前,蒙古文期刊数字化过程是纸质版扫描成PDF格式后上传数据库实现互联网传播.因此,各大数据库收录蒙古文科技期刊的工作量大、效益低,无法及时上线.针对这些问题,提出了提升蒙古文科技期刊传播力的有效途径,弥补现有蒙古文科技期刊传统模式的缺陷,促进蒙古文科技期刊多元化互联网传播渠道的良性发展.首先从采编系统的在线投稿、在线审稿、在线稿件处理以及在线稿件查询等4个模块展开分析其优点;其次,阐述蒙古文科技期刊网络数据库建设的现状,以及被网络数据库收录时应注意的事项. In the era of universal internet popularization,the internet communication power of Mongolian science and technology journals is still in a weak state.At present,the digitization of Mongolian journals still follows the process a paper version being scanned into a PDF format,and then the format uploaded to the database for online communication.Therefore,the major databases of the Mongolian science and technology journals experience the problem of overloaded word and low efficiency in updating online information in time.In response to the current problem,the author puts forward an effective way to improve the communication power of Mongolian science and technology journals,admiting to solve the existing problems in Mongolian science and technology periodicals,and to promote the development of Mongolian science and technology journals through diversified online channels.This paper first analyzes the advantages of four modules,including online submission,online revision,online manuscript processing and online manuscript inquiry.Secondly,it analyies the current situation of the construction of online Mongolian sci-tech journals database and the issues need to the paid attention to when collecting the online database.
