Design and Development of Cigarette Delivery Platform from the Perspective of Standardized Operation

为深入推进精益物流建设工作,努力解决当前行业物流工作中存在的重点难点问题,在对烟草物流配送现状深入分析基础上,文中提出设计烟草商业企业卷烟规范送货平台方案,并分阶段进行平台功能模块设计和系统研发,目的是以卷烟物流的规范作业,支撑行业规范经营建设工作。

In order to promote the construction of lean logistics,and solve the key and difficult problems in the current industry logistics work,a scheme of the standardized delivery platform for tobacco commercial enterprises was designed on the basis of in-depth analysis of the status of tobacco logistics distribution,and the functional modules of the system were researched and developed at different stages. The standardized operation of cigarette logistics will support the standardized operation and construction of the industry.
