摘要 近年来,国网厦门供电公司组织开展地市公司层面应急物资管理领域的研究,针对计划、仓储、配送等关键环节的流程要求,创新应用PDA、RFID等物联网技术,建成集"掌上APP在线订货"、"大数据预测备货"、"智慧仓储自助领料"、"高速调配全程跟踪"四大功能为一体的基于现代物联网技术的物流体系和高效有序的电力应急物资保障体系,贯通生产、物资交互渠道,加强专业间、部门间的协同融合,全面提升物资保障应急相应能力,该体系在2016年超强台风莫兰蒂抢修复电、2017年金砖国家领导人厦门会晤电力保障等重大事件应急物资保障实施过程发挥重要作用,调配平均响应时间缩短20%以上,在应急物资专业管理方面兼具优异的实操性和推广前景。 In recent years,the State Grid Xiamen Power Co.,Ltd. has organized research on the field of emergency materials management at the prefecture-level city company level. For the process requirements of planning,warehousing,distribution and other key links,innovative application of Internet of Things technologies such as PDA and RFID has established the modern Internet of Things technology logistics system and efficient and orderly power emergency supplies security system integration of the following four key factors: "Apps Online Ordering","Big Data Forecasting Stocking","Smart Warehousing Self-Service Picking","High-speed deployment tracking". The system integrates production and material exchange channels,strengthens the synergy between professional departments and departments,and comprehensively enhances the corresponding ability of material security and emergency response. The system plays an important role in the implementation of the emergency logistical support for the major events such as the typhoon Morandi repairing electricity in 2017 and the meeting of the BRICS leaders in Xiamen in 2017. After using this system,the average response time of the deployment is shortened by more than 20%,and it has excellent practicality and promotion prospects in the professional management of emergency materials.
