航空制造企业经济生产批量计算模型构建与应用研究

Construction and Application of Economic Production Quantity Model for Aviation Manufacturing Enterprises

文中结合航空制造企业现有条件下的数据特点,构建了与之相适应的经济生产批量的计算模型。文中首先详细阐述了不允许缺货和允许缺货两种经济生产批量计算模型的推导过程,然后对航空制造企业现有条件下无法直接获取的数据进行一定程度的转化,得到了可直接用于航空制造企业现场的数学模型。最后,通过对某航空制造企业机加车间的实际数据进行计算,验证了模型的科学性与适应性,证明了该模型对航空制造企业经济生产批量的计算具有现实指导意义。

Based on the data characteristics of aviation manufacturing enterprises,this paper proposes a corresponding economic production quantity calculation model. First of all,the derivation process of two kinds of economic production quantity model is given in detail. The data which cannot be obtained directly under the existing conditions is transformed to a certain extent. Then the mathematical model of the quantity calculation can be directly used in the field of Aeronautical manufacturing enterprises. Finally,the model is used in a real aviation manufacturing enterprise to verify the effectiveness and adaptability of the model. The results show that the proposed model has practical guiding significance for the calculation of economic production quantity in aviation manufacturing enterprises.
