摘要 我国物流业快速发展带动了物流教育的飞速发展,如何创新人才培养机制,提高教学质量,为社会经济发展培养复合型物流人才,成为一个重大的理论和实践课题。文中提出了基于现代供应链的"3124"复合型物流人才培养模式,经过13年的探索与实践,走出了一条边疆民族地区地方高校高水平专业建设的跨越式发展道路,可为我国物流人才培养参考借鉴。 The rapid development of logistics industry has led to the rapid development of logistics education in China.How to innovate the training mechanism of qualified personnel,improve the teaching quality and train the compound logistical talents has become a major theoretical and practical topic in recent years. This paper puts forward the "3124" compound logistical talents training mode based on the modern supply chain,and after 13 years' exploration and practice,the mode has become a leapfrog development for high level professional construction of local colleges and universities in frontier ethnic areas,which can be used as a reference for the training of logistical talents in China.
