摘要
跟岗实习是高职院校实训体系中重要的一个环节,起到承上启下的作用,但是由于在实施过程中涉及到学校、学生以及企业三方主体,难于组织,往往达不到预期的效果。文中总结归纳了物流管理专业在跟岗实习过程中遇到的问题,并从组织管理、实施模式以及考核方式几个方面提出了解决策略。
On-the-job internship is an important part of the training system of higher vocational colleges,and playing a connecting role. However,due to the fact that the school,students and enterprises are involved in the implementation process,it is difficult to organize,and often don,t achieve the expected result. This paper summarizes the problems encountered by the logistics management profession during the internship process,and proposes solutions from several aspects such as organizational management,implementation mode and assessment methods.
