高职教学是现代职业教育体系中的重要组成部分,将会容易影响到实际教学活动的开展情况,对于培养学生的专业技能,提升学生的综合素养具有十分重要的意义和作用。高职院校培养高素质物流管理专业人才,需要积极构建起人才培养模式工作体系。文中主要是从高职院校物流管理专业人才培养模式的构建方式出发,提出了一些切实可行的建议,为全面提升高职院校物流管理专业人才培养水平提供一定借鉴和参考。

Higher vocational education is an important part of the modern vocational education system,which will easily affect the actual teaching activities. It is of great significance and role to cultivate students＇ professional skills and improve their comprehensive quality. To train high-quality logistics management professionals in Higher Vocational colleges,it is necessary to actively construct the working system of personnel training mode. This article mainly from the higher vocational colleges logistics management professionals training mode construction,put forward some practical suggestions,for the comprehensive promotion of higher vocational colleges logistics management professionals training level to provide a certain reference.
