文章通过对比中国英语学习者口语语料库(SECCL)和英语本族语者口语语料库(BNC)中出现的GIVE的语料,旨在发现中国英语学习者和本族语者在口语语体下使用虚化动词GIVE的词汇型式特征,并对学习者使用虚化GIVE时的词汇型式错误进行分类归纳,探讨错误产生原因。这一问题的研究将有助于学习者和外语教师树立高频虚化动词词汇型式意识,提高学生语言输出的流利性、准确性和地道性,为以后的二语习得词汇研究提供借鉴。

By comparing GIVE in SECCL and BNC ,it aims to discover Chinese English learner and English native speaker＇s using patterns of GIVE, summarize the lexical patterns and errors, and discuss the reasons tor errors. This research is good tor toreign language teachers to establish the awareness of the lexical patterns and improve students＇ out-put fluency, accuracy, and idiomaticity,which may provide a reterence tot L2 vocabulary studies.
