Digital Publication Talents' Competence Reconstruction in the Touching Media Age: Motivation and Approach

随着媒体融合速度不断加快,数字出版的先进生产力日渐突显,数字技术与出版产业的关系越来越紧密。新技术、新媒体的发展和信息传播的多元化趋势,对出版行业的从业人员提出了新的要求,也给数字出版人才能力的培养提供了新思路。文章在分析了数字出版人才能力重构及其动因的基础上,探讨了如何重建数字出版人才的能力结构,以期通过现有的研究推动数字出版行业的发展。

With the rapid development of media integration, the advantage of digital publication is more prominent where digital technology and publication industry are closer. The development of new technology, new media, and information communication tends to be muhiple, which requires the working staff to promote their competence and therefore provides a new idea for the talent training mode. Based on the analysis of digital publication talent＇ competence in terms of competence reconstruction and motivation,the way for reconstructing their competence structure is discussed to promote the advancement of digital publication.
