“一带一路”倡议下高校外语创新型人才培养研究

Training Innovative Foreign Language Talent in Colleges and Universities Under “Belt and Road” Initiative

随着"一带一路"倡议的提出,无论是治理设计,还是社会诸种要素的统筹安排,都以其为语境或将其作为必要的前提来考虑。与之发生直接关联的必然是政治、经济、文化的多边交流,跨语言交际的热度得以提升,高水平外语创新人才的培养成为其中的关键。基于此,应当明确创新型外语人才的培养目标,并结合"一带一路"倡议的实际需要,深化高校外语教学方法改革,建构多学科交叉的外语课程体系,以此提升高校外语教师的教学创新能力和学生的外语实践能力。

Since ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative was proposed,it has made as precondition for management design,arrangement for social elements. The most closely related should include the muhiple interaction of politics, economy, and culture,where cross -language communication becomes heated. High quality foreign language talents training is the key. It is proposed to clarify the training goal, further teaching method reform, develop muhi - disciplinary foreign language curriculum system, by which it is expected to promote teachers＇ teaching innovative competence and students＇ foreign language practice competence.
