摘要
为推动教师教育综合改革,培养让党和人民满意的好教师,教育部全面启动了卓越教师培养计划。幼儿教师的培养作为卓越教师培养计划的一部分,显得尤为重要。文章深入分析了卓越幼儿教师的内涵和特质,以及卓越幼儿教师培养计划实施的社会背景和政策导向,并针对民族地区卓越幼儿教师培养存在的问题提出了合理制定人才培养方案,加强课程资源建设,提高教师教学水平和科研能力,进一步完善实践教育体系等解决问题的路径。
To promote the comprehensive reform for teacher education, the Ministry of Education starts the excellent teacher training plan fully to cultivate good teachers for the party and people. As part of this training plan, preschool teachers are important. The connotation and features are analyzed. According to the social background and policy orientation, a rational training plan is proposed to strengthen curriculum resource construction. The approach to solving practical problems is also proposed to improve teacher' s teaching and research competence.
