摘要
为揭示山乌桕(Sapium discolor)叶色变化机制,为山乌桕叶色的改良提供参考依据,采用分光光度计法测定10个家系山乌桕叶片转色前后叶绿素、类胡萝卜素及花色苷的含量变化,通过提取、纯化花色苷,并应用液相色谱-质谱联用技术,分析山乌桕叶片中花色苷分子结构。结果表明:山乌桕叶转色后桕花色苷含量显著增加,叶绿素含量显著减少,花色苷的主要成分为矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷。
In order to reveal the mechanism of leaf color change in Sapium discolor and provided reference for the improvement of leaf color of Sapium discolor,the leaves of Sapiumdiscolorwas used as the research materials.The chlorophyll,carotenoids and anthocyanins were extracted from the leaves of 10 families before and after the color change.The contents of three pigments were detected and analyzed by spectrophotometer.The anthocyanins were extracted and purified,and the molecular structure of anthocyanins was analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the content of anthocyanins increased significantly and the content of chlorophyll decreased significantly after the leaves were changed in color.The main component of anthocyanins in Sapium discolor was cyanidin-3-O-glucoside.
