中草药对小鼠试验性腹泻的控制作用以及对小肠运动的影响

Effects of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Experimental Diarrhea of Mice and Small Intestine Movement

为了研究中药复方对小鼠试验性腹泻的控制作用以及对小肠运动的影响。利用番泻叶复制腹泻小鼠模型,以白头翁、黄柏、枸杞和马齿苋组成的中药复方对腹泻小鼠进行灌喂治疗,观察了不同浓度的中药复方对腹泻模型小鼠的排便次数、腹泻率、稀便率、腹泻抑制率、胃残留率和碳墨推进率的影响。结果表明,该中药复方能有效减缓小鼠的腹泻症状,降低腹泻率,提高胃残留率,抑制胃排空,增加食糜在胃的停留时间,促进小肠运动。高剂量组的中药复方对小鼠腹泻的治疗效果优于低剂量组。

To study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on experimental diarrhea of mice and small intestine movement,a diarrhea mouse model was replicated with senna,and the compound Chinese herbs consisting of Pulsatilla,Phellodendron,Poria and Purslane was used to treat the diarrhea mice.The effects of different concentrations of Chinese herbal medicines on the number of defecations in diarrhea model mice,diarrhoeal rate,dilute rate,diarrhea inhibition rate,stomach residue rate,and small intestine advancing rate of mice were observed.The results showed that the Chinese herbal medicine could effectively relieve the diarrhea symptoms of mice and reduce the diarrhea rate,increase the gast ricresidual rate,reduce the stomach emptying of the mice,increase the residence time of the chyme in the stomach,promote the movement of the small intestine.The treatment effect of Chinese herbal medicine compound in high dose group was better than that in low dose group.
