大连海域松江鲈鱼亲鱼性腺发育及繁殖力研究

Study on the Gonadal Development and Individual Fecundity of Trachidercnus fasciatus Heckel in Dalian Sea Area Coast

为了解大连海域松江鲈鱼(Trachidercnus fasciatus Heckel)的繁殖生物学,对其亲鱼的性腺发育、繁殖力及卵径分布情况进行了分析。结果发现,雌鱼性腺成熟系数范围29.20～50.47,远高于雄鱼成熟系数1.68～13.36;绝对繁殖力(F)波动于2794～9355粒之间,相对繁殖力(FW)154～172粒/g和(FL)300～748粒/cm,绝对繁殖力与体长、体重、卵巢重呈正相关,与成熟系数相关关系不显著,卵径呈正态分布,松江鲈鱼为一次产卵型。

In order to know the reproductive biology of Trachidercnus fasciatus Heckel caught in Dalian coast,the gonadal development,fecundity and egg diameter distribution of the parent fish were analyzed.The results showed that the female maturity coefficient ranges from 29.20 to 50.47,which was far higher than that of male maturity coefficient of 1.68 to 13.36.The individual absolute fecundity(F)of Trachidercnus fasciatus varies from 2794 to 9355 eggs.The individual relative fecundity of body length(FL)ranges from 300 to 748 eggs/cm,and the relative fecundity of body weight(FW)ranges from 154 to 172 eggs/g.Individual absolute fecundity was positively correlated with body length,body weight,ovary weight,and no correlation with maturity coefficient.The egg diameter was normal distribution,and Trachidercnus fasciatus was a single spawning type.
