霍山石斛内生真菌抗病原真菌研究

Study on Antipathogenic Fungus of Endophytic Fungus from Dendrobium huoshanense

采用十字交叉法筛选了抗病原真菌活性较好的霍山石斛内生真菌菌株。结果表明,黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)乙酸乙酯萃取液对10种病原真菌抑菌效果最差,其他4种菌种乙酸乙酯萃取液对10种病原菌效果各有优劣,其中菌种Stagonosporopsis oculihominis对10种病原真菌平均抑菌率达到50%以上,尤其是对油菜菌核抑菌率高达90%;Alternaria eichhorniae相比其他菌种对3种石斛致病菌都有一定的抑菌率,且高于其他病原真菌抑菌率。结果显示,霍山石斛内生真菌抗病原真菌具有广谱性,且大多数对石斛致病菌具有较好的抑菌效果。

The endophytic fungi of Dendrobium huoshanense which had obvious actives of antipathogenic fungus,were screened by the crossroads.The results showed that the extract of Aspergillus flavus had poor antipathogenic fungi effect on 10 pathogenic fungi,and the other four kinds of ethyl acetate extract had different effects on 10 pathogenic fungi,in which the average inhibirate of Stagonosporopsis oculihominis to 10 pathogenic fungi was more than 50%,especially for Sclerotinia sclerotioruminhibition rate was up to 90%.Compared to other strains to the three kinds of Dendrobium pathogens,the extract of Alternaria eichhorniae had a broad spectrum of antipathogenic fungi effect.The results indicated that the endophytic fungi of Dendrobium huoshanense had broad spectrum of antip-athogenic fungi effect,especially for the pathogen of Dendrobium huoshanense.
