最低工资对员工的差异化影响

摘要 通常来说企业员工的基本工资会随着国家最低工资标准提高而增加。由于没有区别化对待不同户籍人口,对于处在劣势地位的流动人口来说,国家最低工资标准提高了,他们的基本工资未必增加。一般情况下,流动人口会通过加班来提高工资总收入。
