摘要
提升员工的职业安全健康(OSH)行为水平是煤矿职业安全健康管理(OSHM)的必然选择。鉴于态度与行为的相关性,探索了OSHM中员工参与态度(参与认知-参与情感-参与行为意向)对其OSH行为的影响,并检验了心理授权在此过程中的调节作用。依据476份煤矿员工的有效调研数据,运用因子分析、回归分析等方法进行了实证研究,结果表明:员工参与态度对其OSH行为有显著的正向预测作用,且预测作用依次为参与行为意向>参与认知>参与情感;心理授权在员工参与态度对OSH行为的影响过程中发挥了部分调节的作用,心理授权加强了参与-情感和参与-行为意向对OSH行为的影响效果。
Improving employees' occupational safety and health (OSH) behavior level is the inevitable choice for occupational safety and health management (OSHM) in coal mines. In view of the correlation between attitude and behavior, this paper explored the impact of employee participation attitude and its constituent variables (cognitive-affective-behavioral tendency) on OSH behavior in OSHM, and also verified the moderating effect of psychological empowerment in this process. Based on the effective survey data of 476 coal miners, exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis of variance were used to explore related issues. The results indicated that employee participation attitude had a significant positive predictive effect on their OSH behavior, and their influence was followed by participation behavioral tendency, participation cognition and participation affection in turn. The moderating effect analysis of psychological empowerment showed that psychological empowerment enhanced the effect of participation-affection and participation-behavioral intention on OSH behavior.
