立井井筒穿越多层采空区综合预治理技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决大同矿区立井井筒穿越多层采空区的技术难题,提出在井筒开凿前,对其穿越的采空区及其危害进行综合探查和评估,采用地面预注浆技术对采空区进行治理,注浆结束后进行效果评价。通过工程实践表明,井筒采空区采用综合预治理施工技术,能够提前解决水、火及有害气体等问题,降低了井筒掘进的安全风险,也确保了井筒的使用安全,为大同矿区其他矿井的施工积累了经验。 In order to solve the technical problems of mine vertical shaft of Datong mining area crossing multilayer gobs, the multilayer gobs and hazards were comprehensively explored and evaluated before the shaft excavation, and ground pre-grouting technology was used to control the gobs and the grouting effects were evaluated after grouting. The engineering practical results showed that the comprehensive pre-treatment construction technology used for mine gob treatment could solve the problems such as water, fire and harmful gases in advance, reduce the safety risk of shaft excavation and ensure the safety of the shaft in use, it provided experience for the construction of other mines in Datong mining area.
