摘要 叶片是航空发动机的重要组成元件,叶片的流通特性关系着发动机的工作性能和安全。以某型叶片为研究对象,设计其流量测试系统,考虑叶片特殊结构及测试系统的工作原理,提出一种遗传算法和PID控制方法相结合的PLC控制系统,确保测试系统性能稳定和测量结果准确。仿真结果表明:遗传算法整定PID控制相对于传统PID控制在优化效率上具有明显的优势。实验证明基于遗传算法的PID控制方法,使叶片流量检测准确性提高了0. 17%,测量重复性达到100%。 Blades are important components of an aeroengine. and the flow characteristics of blades are related to the working performance and safety of the engine.A kind of blade was taken as a research object. Its flow test system was designed, taking into account the structure specialty and the working principle of the test system. A PLC control system,combining a genetic algorithm with the PID control method was proposed to ensure the stability of the test system and measurement results.From the simulation results,it is shown the PID control with the genetic algorithm has obvious advantages over traditional PID controls in the aspect of optimizing efficiency. The PID control method based on genetic algorithm improves the accuracy of blade flow detection by 0.17% and it is attested by experiments that the measurement repeatability reaches 100%.
