摘要
针对某乘用车整车怠速抖动问题,采用NVH测试手段分析整车抖动频谱特征,进行动力总成悬置系统刚体模态试验来确认抖动产生原因,通过整车16自由度CAE模型进行悬置刚度参数敏感度分析,并提出有效的优化方案,对于怠速抖动的解决具有一定参考意义。
In order to solve idle shake problem for a passenger car, vibration test and analysis was done firstly.Then, powertrain mounting system rigid modal test was done, and the root cause of the idle shake was confirmed. Vehicle 16-DOE CAE model was set up to analyze mounting stiffness sensitivity, and optimizedproposals were given through the simulation method.The analysis process agree with test results well.
